I am an experienced, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, IRS Enrolled Agent, Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor℠ and NAPFA Registered Financial Advisor. I founded Archstone Wealth Advisors, a financial planning and wealth management firm to help bring peace of mind to investors in need of planning services. I have over 14 years of experience.
The bridge is one of the most practical architectural structures in the world and maybe the most utilized by the vast majority of people. Generally speaking, everyone has access to them, making it possible to move from place to place. Like a bridge, financial planning and wealth management can help fill the possible gaps between what's being done to build and preserve wealth and the results being achieved.
I work with tax aware families, retirees, and young professionals, in their pre and post-retirement years, looking for tax-focused financial planning and wealth management.
Archstone Wealth Advisors is a comprehensive fee-only advisory firm. We are a member of the Alliance of Comprehensive Planners, the community of tax-focused financial planners that operate under the retainer/flat fee model. Our financial planning and wealth management method has been tried, tested, and refined to meet the needs of real-life people just like you.
When you work with Archstone Wealth Advisors, you can expect.
I will never sell you a product of any kind other than comprehensive financial planning and wealth management, nor will I take a commission or referral fee from another processional. I am a fiduciary. My complete focus is on what is best for you.
Comprehensive planning takes into account everything I know about your relevant circumstances, family needs, goals, values, and your aspirations. Together we'll design a strategy that takes into account your full financial picture.
In addition to my formal education, I hold financial planning certifications and take hours of continuing education each year. Financial planning and wealth management, tax laws, and the planning strategies around them are constantly changing. I stay up to date, so you don’t have to worry about all this stuff.
I will guide you through your options and explain them clearly so you can make the best choices. I will take the time to help you understand my advice.
As your partner, I'm committed to your success. Comprehensive and holistic planning is a process, not an event. I'll be there to adjust your plan as your life and circumstances change.
With your annual fee, you can meet or speak to me as often as is necessary to help you make important decisions and accomplish your financial goals.
I am committed to providing you exceptional value.
I offer financial planning, wealth management and retirement planning services to people of all ages and all stages of life. My clients have a broad range of needs, which is why I design custom plans to address their specific objectives.
Being transparent about my fee is importance. My fee is retainer-based, meaning I charge an annual, fixed-fee based on income, net worth and complexity. I feel this method best captures the essence of the work being done as opposed to the growth of a portfolio. Those who benefit from this structure are:
Annual base fee starts at $5,000.
Investment Management is generally reserved for Comprehensive Planning clients only.
One-time fixed fee between $1,250 - $5,000.
*Financial review client that signs on as full planning client will receive a credit toward their annual fixed fee, when done within six-months.
Hourly fee is $250.
*Project planning client that signs on as full planning client will receive a credit toward their annual fixed fee, when done within six-months.

Financial planners help improve client's financial outcomes during good and bad markets which, depending on the one being experienced, increases the likelihood of investors experiencing either greed or fear. Planners help mitigate this by building plans that begin with the end in mind.
Typically, hen people get financial advice it’s messy because they have several advisors, with each knowing a little but none knowing the full picture. My approach is different. We do both your taxes and investments so one part of the plan doesn’t undermine the other. I also help with goal setting, investments, tax planning, retirement planning, insurance, cash flow management/strategies, and estate planning.
In short, no. I don't have a minimum portfolio size or net worth requirement, I can work with you regardless of your situation or stage in life.
Because my plans are tailored to meet the needs of each client, I won't work with more than 100 households. In my experience, advisors that do are not able to provide the service and value clients expect.
